LXMWare, LLC operates LXMWare Strategy Engine at https://app.lxmware.com for authorized users conducting customer experience and loyalty strategy workshops.

What we collect

• Account information (name, work email) provided through invite-based sign-in.
• Workshop session inputs, notes, and generated strategy outputs you create in the app.
• Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, request metadata) for security and reliability.

How we use data

• Authenticate users and enforce role-based access.
• Store and retrieve workshop sessions and deliverables you create.
• Send transactional email (sign-in codes, invites, shared deliverables) when configured.
• Operate, secure, and improve the service.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, authentication, email, data storage) to operate the service. We do not sell personal information. Session data may be shared only when you explicitly use in-app sharing features or when required by law.

Retention

Data is retained while your organization uses the service and as needed for audit, backup, and legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion where applicable.
